Scope of Work and Professional Services Agreement
OVERVIEW:
Create branded email and printable assets.
Update and maintain website presence
Optimize website for Search and AI
Create & maintain social media presence on LinkedIn / YouTube
Write blogs and record videos to support outreach.
AGREEMENT:
This agreement is made on March 9, 2026 by and between Digital Storyteller (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) and Northgate Benefits (hereafter referred to as Client).
Whereas the Contractor is engaged in the business of providing ongoing marketing strategy, and implementation services.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, terms, provisions, and conditions contained herein, the parties agree to services and deliverables as follows:
Organic Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
Your Starter Package includes +- 25 hours per month which can be allocated across the following deliverables.
Allocation of hours will depend on quarterly planning and goals.
This is a 12 month agreement starting March 15, 2026
Overview of Deliverables:
STRATEGY
- Initial Kickoff Strategy Session
- Quarterly planning & Reporting sessions
DESIGN:
We will design and make print and digital-reay the following (not limited to this just a starting point):
- Pitch deck
- One pager
- Business cards
- conference setups
- proposal templates
- PPT template
CONTENT:
- Custom content calendar to organize blogs, videos, and social posts
- Two new custom blog posts per month addressing pain points and provide value add content
- Posted to the blog, pushed to social & used in email campaigns
- Internal links to relevant content
- External links to trusted resources
- Posting articles on company LinkedIn page (as articles and as post links)
SOCIAL:
Posting 4/5 times per week to one company account on:
LinkedIn, YouTube (when video is available)
- 4/5 social posts/week
- promoting content
- promoting value prop
- promoting video explainers
- Strategic use of platform-specific strategies and timing to improve engagement
VIDEO
- Quarterly video day on Zoom or in person.
- Videos transcribed, edited posted to YouTube turned into blogs
- Posted to socials
- Embedded on website
- Our team optimizes, adds captions, posts and transcribes.
ON PAGE SEO
- Backlink management
- Optimization of keyword structure
- Management of Google Search Console
- Regular keyword audits
WEBSITE UPGRADES
- Web audit and updates to improve visibility.
- Content and sitemap recommendations and impelemntation of approved adjustments
Additional Specifics:
Additional work, beyond the scope outlined, may be requested at the rate of $150 per hour. If there are any out-of-pocket expenses or additional costs, this will be approved in writing by the company and the client
All asset ownership rests with the client. All passwords, content, images, and videos used are the property of the client. Images provided by Contractor are fully licensed or original images/ video. Assets provided by Client are assumed by Contractor to be fully licensed and or original.
THE FINE PRINT:
Billed monthly @ $3,500/mo
Statement of work:
Contractor is in the business of design and marketing services. Client seeks the following services detailed in the Scope of Work from Contractor.
Scope of work: The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and other facilities required to complete the following scope of work as described in the scope of work
The Contractor shall furnish duly qualified persons to provide the services under this Agreement, which persons shall at all times be either employees or independent contractors of the Contractor.
Costs:
The Contractor will secure written approval for any additional expenses. Any pre-approved expenses shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the Agreement.
Terms of work:
Relationship will start when the deposit and/or balance are submitted and the Agreement is signed. Calendar may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. The Contractor will communicate regularly with the Client.
Contractor assumes that there is timely correspondence between the Contractor and the Client and that the Client provides the Contractor with the requested items as outlined in the SOW.

You agree that the earth is round and people who believe otherwise are just plain nuts. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract between you and Digital Storyteller, LLC. You represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement.
