This agreement is made on January 11th, 2022 by and between Digital Storyteller (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) and Acumen Insurance Services (hereafter referred to as Client).
Whereas the Contractor is engaged in the business of providing website design, ongoing marketing strategy, and implementation services.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, terms, provisions, and conditions contained herein, the parties agree to services and deliverables as follows:
Organic Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
Your Growth Package includes 30-35 hours per month which can be allocated across the following deliverables.
Allocation of hours will depend on quarterly planning and goals.

Brand Storytelling Session
Kickoff Session
Strategic analysis:
Competitive analysis,
keyword analysis,
social media review,
SEO site audit
CONTENT
Fully SEO-optimized custom content, written, designed, and edited in-house
1 article per week in alignment with relevant keywords and trending industry topics (posted to the company site, and shared to Facebook and LinkedIn)
3 visual graphics per week (1 of which can be an infographic applicable)
One pitch deck designed for sales and marketing use.
Video in video subheader below
SOCIAL (one company account)
Social media management (scheduled posts, linking, and optimization)
Monthly keyword and hashtag research
Optimized social media bios to align with algorithm updates
Custom social media profile optimization
Facebook lookalike groups for boosted posts
WEBSITE SEO (one website)
Updates to and maintenance of existing structures,
Backlink management,
Optimization of keyword structure,
Management of Google Search Console error reports.
Regular keyword audits,
Reporting and restructuring to reduce cannibalization and improve xml site mapping.
CRM
Newsletter support.
Quarterly prospect outreach email workflows & reporting (workflows are between 5 – 8 emails fully written and optimized with the option for A/B testing on subject and preview text where available in your CRM.)

Weekly emails summarizing progress/ deliverables.
Strategic monthly call to review initiatives for the upcoming month and reporting from the previous month.
Every other week call to address progress and action items.
End of month report on keywords, email campaign metrics, domain authority, website traffic and social engagement.
Additional Specifics
Additional work, beyond the scope outlined, may be requested at the rate of $150 per hour. If there are any out-of-pocket expenses or additional costs, this will be approved in writing by the company and the client
All asset ownership rests with the client. All passwords, content, images, and videos used are the property of the client. Images provided by Contractor are fully licensed or original images/ video. Assets provided by Client are assumed by Contractor to be fully licensed and or original.

Statement of work:
Contractor is in the business of design and marketing services. Client seeks the following services detailed in the Scope of Work from Contractor.
Scope of work: The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and other facilities required to complete the following scope of work as described in the scope of work
The Contractor shall furnish duly qualified persons to provide the services under this Agreement, which persons shall at all times be either employees or independent contractors of the Contractor.
Anything created for the Client is considered proprietary to the Client and will not be repurposed for any other client.
Costs:
The Contractor will secure written approval for any additional expenses. Any pre-approved expenses shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the Agreement.
Terms of work:
Relationship will start when the deposit and/or balance are submitted and the Agreement is signed. Calendar may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. The Contractor will communicate regularly with the Client.
Contractor assumes that there is timely correspondence between the Contractor and the Client and that the Client provides the Contractor with the requested items as outlined in the SOW.

Electronic Signature Agreement. By selecting the “DIGITALLY SIGN/ SUBMIT” button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By selecting “DIGITALLY SIGN/ SUBMIT” you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement’s terms and conditions. You further agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide Digital Storyteller, or in accessing or making any transaction regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes your signature (hereafter referred to as “E-Signature”), acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. You agree that the earth is round and people who believe otherwise are just plain nuts. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract between you and Digital Storyteller, LLC. You represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement.
